VR Livin Ventures LLP was founded by Mr. Vimal and Mr. Rupesh, building on the experience and execution expertise gained through their journey at Hi Living Projects. The name VR represents not only their initials, but also the idea behind the company, “We Are.” A reminder that every home we create carries our direct involvement, responsibility, and commitment.
Our goal is not simply to construct buildings, but to shape living environments that feel thoughtful from the moment you step in. We believe good homes come from clarity in planning, honest communication, and respect for the people who will live in them. Before VR Livin was formed, its founders were already deeply involved in the execution of multiple residential developments through partnerships and collaborative ventures. Over the years, they observed that while projects were completed successfully, decisions were often shaped by differing priorities.
The idea behind VR Livin came from a simple need: to build homes exactly the way they believed they should be built. With complete control over planning, space utilisation, and construction standards, the focus could remain where it truly mattered: the comfort of the family living inside the home.
VR Livin was therefore not created as a beginning, but as a continuation, a step towards delivering developments where design intent, practicality, and accountability remain aligned from concept to completion.

Vimal Kummar Jain
Vimal Kummar Jain is an experienced entrepreneur with over 25 years of combined expertise, primarily in civil construction, with an early foundation in Information Technology. His initial years in IT saw him working across software development and systems integration, including the creation of tools like a construction ERP and student information systems that served clients across India, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Building on this foundation, he transitioned into the construction industry, where he has since led the execution of diverse projects across residential, commercial, industrial, township, and power sectors throughout India. His approach blends practical insight with a design-led mindset, shaping functional and future-ready developments. Today, as a founder of VR Livin, he continues to focus on delivering high-quality homes with a clear emphasis on value, integrity, and purposeful design.
